We had a horrible squealing/screeching sound that could be heard for miles on our 2015 Toyota Avalon. I saw the great reviews Doug had online for his friendliness and service. Sure enough, I was greeted on a Friday right before closing like it was a Monday at opening. He happily took our car in and told us it would be about a week because he had so many cars to do. One of his techs said they thought they might know what the problem was so they got it in right after I left and found out it was just a rock wedged in the rotor. He called right back saying it was ready. Total bill $29!! I had in my head to brace myself for $1000 or more. Talk about service! Thank you Doug!! Customer for life!

Honestly, this is probably the BEST place I have ever taken my vehicle!!! Not only is Doug the most honest guy, but gets me in quickly, doesn’t “find” things wrong with my car or make a bigger deal out of what is wrong. I have had MANY mechanics do this to me in the past. And with Doug, there is 100 percent trust and for being a female that knows nothing about cars, it is very very very reassuring!!!

Doug was fantastic. I had been told I needed a new water pump, at a cost of about $2500.00. Doug said he would inspect it and get back to me. Results no water pump needed. This was my first time meeting Doug. I'm sold he will be my mechanic going forward.
