My alternator died on me and I really needed my car up and running quick! Doug got me in the next day, and had it to me by the day after that with a new alternator put in. Great price compared to what I saw online for a HHR new alternator and so happy with his customer service. Cannot recommend enough.

Doug has extensive knowledge of most vehicles on the road today. If he can't determine a solution, he has a vast network of experts from every manufacturer, just an email away to assist with the problem. He works diligently to find the correct manufacturer recommended parts to use in repairing vehicles, he always provides an estimate for the work, a timeframe in which the work can be completed, and a warranty of the work. Within our family we have 6 different vehicles, (Chevy, Chrysler, Kia, Lincoln, and Mercedes) in which Doug takes care of with the right tools and the right parts. I simply won't go anywhere else to get our mechanic work done!
