Doug is a stand up guy. Tried to take my BMW to the BMW dealership. My car is under warranty so some or all costs would be covered. Well BMW did a diagnostic and then I didn’t hear from them for 3 weeks despite calling and leaving voicemails just for a call back to confirm if they were ordering parts and will still complete needed repairs. Getting fed up with their lack of communication I found Doug and he did in 3 days what I tried getting BMW to do for 3 weeks. Diagnostic completed, called my warranty holder and got repairs approved, and will be working on my car tomorrow. All this was done in less than 3 business days. Great place!
