My experience at Doug’s is always great service!

Have used Doug's for years. Recently purchased newer vehicle. Will continue to use Doug's for routine maintenance and anything else that comes along. They are professional and courteous. As long as they are there I will be coming back.

I was on a cross country road trip when I hit something in the middle of the interstate. I would have been stranded in Topeka Kansas but Doug got all the parts (several) and got it fixed in a single day. He stayed late and even gave us a vehicle to use for the day at no charge. Excellent customer service and 5star quality. If you ever need repairs in Topeka, Doug's Service Center is your place. BONUS they are dog friendly. If you are lucky you will meet Gus too.

No one wants to start their day without being able to start their car--am I right?! Doug's got me in the same day. Thankfully, it was just a bad battery. They were very accommodating, respectful, honest, and fair priced. That goes a long way these days. I highly recommend! Should I run into trouble again, I'm calling Doug's!

We experienced loud brake noises from our Winnebago View on our trip heading to AZ. We called Doug and made an appointment to have them fixed. He and his team diagnosed the problem and repaired the front brakes followed by a thorough inspection of the rear grades to be sure our brakes were all good. Excellent professional service. Highly recommended.
