I don’t even know where to begin. Having an import (Audi a5) in the Midwest is sort of a big pain when something happens. Looked for months (and months) for someone to even look at my car. On my last try to find someone Doug’s popped up in my search. It was the holidays so they were swamped but I scheduled for first of the year and it took a while which is common for imports and parts being on backorder. knowing that they weren’t rushing through actually gave me a lot of peace. Doug and staff went above and beyond to get my car finished and back in my hands even bringing my car back to me which was 100 miles round trip. I can’t even explain how thankful I am knowing that there are good people out there that still care, that do business like my grandparents did. I Definitely recommend Doug’s to anyone and will be a lifelong customer!
