Doug, his mechanics, and Jessica go the extra mile in completing their customer's mechanical problems. Recently, I myself experienced a problem in ordering a part. They were told by the parts store that since they missed the parts store cutoff time of 3PM in ordering, it couldn't arrive for two days. Miraculously, the part arrived the next morning, and I was on the road by mid-morning. Believe me, that didn't just happen. As has been in the past, Doug and his Staff "went the extra mile". He and his Staff are conscientious, hard-working, and most of all honest. When your vehicle leaves the premises, it's fixed, and if there's any tweeking to be done, he'll do it.
