Doug has been taking care of my vehicles for years, but primarily 'routine maintenance' type service. This was a different type of service - water pump / thermostat housing replacement requiring removal of the intake manifold on a VW GTI. I watched vids on how to do this service and didn't want anything to do with it. I have complete confidence that Doug and his mechanics can handle any type of service or repair I bring to him.
