They all were so thoughtful and nice. I felt like family in the 2 days I got to know them. I live in kck but I come up to Topeka to see my grandkids as much as I can. I've been broke down in kck for the last few months becuz of these shops charging me out radius prices to have my car fixed but $3000 later they finally did it right half ass so I got to go up to Topeka finally to see them. We'll it started overheating and I had to pull off the highway and pulled into a shop called 'Doug's Service Center. I cried and cried cuz I am tapped out over these pricy shops that don't even complete there work. We'll a super nice man, Doug, came up to me nice as can be and showed me where the problem was. It was a hole in the heater hose. I had to keep it over night and it was so inexpensive. I will be taking my car there from now on if I have anymore problems with it. Thanks you all. U did a great job....

Doug's provided me excellent and professional service on my Mercedes. It is wonderful for a single woman to be treated fairly and no "suggestions" of additional unnecessary services that I have experienced at other businesses. I do not need to take a male friend or co-worker with me in order to not feel taken advantage of like I have had to do in the past. I highly recommend Doug's to anyone who wants excellent car service at a fair price with wonderful friendly customer service. The only place I will take my car to in the future is Doug's!
