I went in with a really loud noise happening and at first they thought it would be $700 to fix but it turned out to be a much smaller issue. It would have been so easy for them to scam me out of $700 dollars. They are so nice every time I go in and make me feel like my car is in good hands!

Very professional and direct. I’ve taken my Lexus twice to Doug and has done a phenomenal job diagnosing the problem, and finding a solution. Staff is extremely friendly, and will go out of their way to help the customer. If anyone is trying to find a trustworthy mechanic; Doug is your man!

Tried Doug out because I had taken my truck to hoyts truck center and the price they told me was outrageous! Had Doug do a look over (diagnosis) on what the truck needed. He got better parts and did the work for less than half the money. And I had the truck back in two days vs. a week+ The best thing I can say about Doug is that unlike most mechanics he’s truthful in what he says. Just a great guy and great guys working for him! I will absolutely be taking my vehicles to him before anyone else. Thank You Doug!!
