Doug always takes great care with our vehicles and keeps track of warranty on parts that he installs. Because he had done the work a year ago in replacing an old battery in our car, when I started receiving message about a bad battery, he had in his records the warranty, and insisted that the parts company replace the battery for free - including his labor. WOW it doesn't get any better than that!!
