Great service. I am from out of town and I broke down in Topeka with my truck. AAA towed me to Doug's on a Sunday. By noon on Monday they had called me with an estimate. Price was right and I picked up my truck a few days later. Thanks!

Friendly staff, reasonable price, and quick service! I called one afternoon (a month or so ago) to schedule an appointment to get my air conditioner checked (passenger side vents were blowing the normal cold air, but the driver side vents only had warm + cool air). The receptionist told me to bring it in the next day. I took it in first thing in the morning and the wait was less than 45 minutes (this was without an official appointment).

I was very happy with the service both at the front desk and the service department. I will be returning if I need further service and will recommend them to others.

These guys are great! Very fair mechanics, they don't try to upsell anything, they don't take advantage of me or my lack of car knowledge, but they are very down to earth and skilled at what they do. Very accommodating and fit me in to their schedule easily. Between Doug's Service Center and Hogan's Muffler, I always have a great set of mechanics for any of my car's needs.

We were in the middle of moving and just passing through Topeka when we had some truck trouble. Doug got us in right away, allowed us to park our trailer at the shop and got our truck back on the road as quickly as possible. Great people and they treated us right! Would highly recommend them!!!

Drove up no appointment, air conditioning hadn't worked in a year. Had it serviced at another garage they said compressor was shot. Left it with Doug , they called me an hour later everything working and got out the door for less than $50! Needless to say my new go to for service work. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest reliable service station.
