I'm 20 years old and I was driving from Texas back home to Nebraska alone when I broke down right outside of dougs shop. I was terrified and had no idea what to do or what was wrong. Doug and his team was so amazingly kind and caring and took care of me right away and had me back on my way home in an hour! I can't say thank you enough!! I would recommend dougs service center every time

Doug has always done a great job for me. He lets me know what needs to be fixed and the priority of those needs. He has taken care of the vehicle maintenance needs for my vehicles and my children's vehicles as long as they have been driving. I know I can trust the work that is done at Doug's Service Center. Although the prices are competitive, it is the long time trust in the work that continues to bring me back.

Very courteous, efficient, and affordable. Didn't talk down to me (a plus for a woman who isn't very mechanically minded) but was direct, very polite, and answered any questions I had. No fear tactics, no pushy upselling, just fixing the problem I came to them to solve. They also stayed open a few minutes after close to accomidate my work schedule so I could pick up my car. GREAT work. Will absolutely recommend to others!
