Doug is an honest mechanic in a not so honest world. He has been a total pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing the truth about what their vehicle needs and also the best way to go about repairing it. I was put in a very compromising position on a vehicle repair recommended by a local dealership and needed a second opinion. I found Doug on google and called him, he picked up the vehicle and repaired it for a 10th of the price I was quoted. Mom and Pop shops are the way to go people and he's a winner - one of those good ol'boys that are hard to find anymore. Go Doug, good Karma all over you!

Went to have my 2000 corolla inspected for a major oil leak / consumption issue. After having my car for 6 hours they called me to tell me "they aren't sure why my car is using so much oil, but for $202.00 they could flush my motor and replace my plugs. But were unable to guarantee that it will fix the problem." Hmmm.... on top of that, they charge me $50.00 to tell me what i already knew.... LOL. DEFINATELY WON'T BE RETURNING HERE, MOST DISAPPOINTING SERVICE RECEIVED FROM A NAPA MECHANIC YET.... thanks

I have had Doug's Service Center do major work on two personal vehicles. I have been pleased with the results in both cases. On one vehicle was very difficult to diagnose the problem, but after several days and many consultations, the problem was solved to everyone's satisfaction. Great Job!!!, Doug and Staff.

Never thought I would be driving a 21 yr old car, but thanks to Doug's Service Center I can look for a few more years. ***** Problem with radiator turned out to be split in one hose! Repairs cost far less than looking for newer car!!!!!!!

The service was prompt and very thorough. On our recent 2,500 mile trip, one of the brake lines on our RV ruptured, the day prior to our planned drive into the mountains of Colorado. While filling up at a gas station across the street from Doug's, we discovered that we had no brakes. Doug arranged for overnight delivery of the need parts, then he and one of his assistants located the cause of the rupture, then first thing the following morning installed the new brake lines and flushed the brake system. He even let us stay in the RV overnight on his parking lot. Thanks to the prompt service, we were only 6 hours behind schedule when we arrived in Colorado. Many times when we were driving in the mountains above 10,000 feet and even above 11,000 feet we thought about how fortunate we were to have had our brakes fail when they did and to be repaired at Doug's.

Service was quick and excellent, as always. Drove to Minnesota and back without any problems and no fear of any problems with my vehicle. Thanks.
